I'm stuck on positioning for a brand-new offer with zero audience. Where do I start?

Y
You AI · your voice

Start with the pain, not the product. Pick one painful problem your buyer already pays to avoid, then write the offer as the bridge, exactly like the cold-start framework.

The bottleneck

You are the support desk. That is the ceiling.

Every cohort, the same questions. You answer them at 11pm, or they sit unanswered. And a student who waits is a student who quietly stops showing up.

20+

The same questions

You have answered them across every cohort. They drain the hours you should spend creating, and selling the next thing.

Completion craters

A student stuck for 48 hours with no answer is a student who ghosts. Low completion kills your testimonials and renewals.

1

There's only one of you

You cannot be in the community at 2am for a member in another timezone. Your best answers only scale to your waking hours.

Why it's not just another chatbot

It sounds like you, and it proves it.

Your own branded link

We host it for you on your own private, password-gated link and you pin it to the top of your Skool. Members get one tap to ask you anything. No install, no new login.

Answers with the receipt

Every reply is grounded only in your actual lessons and cites the exact module and timestamp. It never invents an opinion you would never give.

Built to lift completion

Instant, on-brand answers keep members moving through the material. More finishers means more testimonials, renewals, and referrals.

How it works

You do nothing. We do the build.

1

We ingest your course

Send us your Skool classroom. We transcribe and index every lesson, including your frameworks, your phrasing, and your stories.

2

You approve the voice

You test it, tell us where it is off, and we tune it until it answers the way you actually would. Sign-off is yours.

3

We host it, you pin it

We deploy it to your own branded link and you pin it to the top of your Skool. Within 5 days, members can ask it anything, any hour.

The founding-pilot offer

Try it on your community. Risk free.

We are taking a handful of Skool sellers as founding pilots. You get the build, the tuning, your branded link, and the live deployment at the founding price, locked for life.

Honest answers

The questions you're actually asking

How does it actually work on Skool? Do I install anything? +
Nothing to install. We host your AI on its own private branded link and you pin it to the top of your community as "Ask me anything, 24/7." Members tap it and start chatting. No new login, no plugin, fully within Skool's rules.
Is it private to my community, or can anyone find it? +
Private. Your link is gated by a password you choose, so only your paying members can get in. No one can guess the URL, stumble onto it, or pass it around outside your community, which also keeps it from being abused.
Can't my students just use ChatGPT? +
They can, and it will hand them a generic average that sometimes contradicts what you teach, which is the last thing you want happening inside your own community. As If is different. We ingest your whole course and synthesise how you actually teach: the phrases you repeat, the frameworks you lean on, the points you hammer, and the beliefs behind them. Your students get your method in your voice, cited to the exact module, not a stranger's best guess. It protects the one thing your community is really paying for, which is you.
Can it do more than just answer questions? +
Yes, and this is where completion really moves. Students can paste their own work and get your feedback on it in your voice, ask it to draft an example the way you would, or upload a screenshot or file and ask what to fix. Instead of waiting days for you to review, they get unstuck in seconds and keep going.
Will it actually sound like me, or like a generic bot? +
It is built only from your lessons: your frameworks, your phrasing, your examples. We tune it against your real answers before launch, and you sign off on the voice. If it is not you, it does not go live.
What if a student gets a wrong or off-brand answer? +
It only answers from your actual course material and cites the source lesson on every reply, so it cannot invent opinions you would never give. On top of that, every answer is logged and any member can flag a reply that feels off in one tap. You see exactly what was asked and answered, and we retune it fast, so you are never guessing whether it is working.
What can you build it from? Just my videos? +
Whatever you have. Course videos, PDFs, worksheets, written lessons, past Q&A, even webinar recordings. You hand it over once, we structure all of it, and the more you give us the sharper it gets. Because you control the sources, your clone can know things that live nowhere public.
Who owns my content and the clone? +
You do. It is built from your material, it represents you, and it is yours. We never use your course to train anything for anyone else.
What does "pay nothing until students use it" mean? +
Exactly that. We build, host, and launch it. If your members are not actively using it in the first week, you walk away owing nothing. We are confident because we design it around the questions your community already asks.
